Justin Bajema is the co-host of the In Sickness podcast with Allison Breininger. He lives in Lynden, WA.

Allison Breininger is the Founder and Executive Director of The Negative Space and has been a caregiver for her husband since 2011. She had the idea for The Storyline long ago and has been working behind the scenes for years to make it a reality.

Maddie johnson, lmft, atr-bc
Maddie Johnson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Board Certified Art Therapist and owner of Heart Space Therapy and a small art studio called Heart Space. Having worked with clients in their home, along side them in partial hospitalization programming as well as in outpatient clinical settings, Maddie has a passion for meeting people where they are and getting them the support they need. As a relational therapist with a systems lens and a mind-body focus, Maddie approaches therapy in a unique and collaborative way. Maddie offers individual, family and couples therapy services through Heart Space Therapy. In addition to therapy services, Maddie offers workshops and presentations that are focused largely on connecting people to their creativity. Heart Space, is a process forward studio and therefore workshops/classes/events out of the space and meant to support mind-body connection and healing through art and movement. Whether that is through a sensory and play focused, caregiver and child workshop, or one just for adults to engage with art or movement, these workshops help people connect to their creativity through play and curiosity. Heart Space also travels to business to offer unique team building and creative wellness workshops focused on mitigating burnout and increasing connection.

Priscilla Momah is a Twin Cities-based singer-songwriter, certified yoga instructor, and sound healing practitioner dedicated to curating soulful embodiment experiences that fuse music, movement, and mindfulness. Through Coco Womb Wellness, she offers Thai yoga bodywork, Reiki, breathwork, and sound baths, weaving these modalities together to create transformative healing spaces. Rooted in her Nigerian American heritage and years of experience as a musician and holistic practitioner, Priscilla’s work invites individuals to cultivate deep care for themselves. rodolfo nieto
Rodolfo Nieto performed the guided meditations for The Storyline. He is a singer, actor, and songwriter who works primarily in musical theater, classical music, and Latin American music in the Twin Cities and abroad. He is also a caregiver for his spouse who struggles with a physical and mental illness. In 2024, he performed an original work, “The Unseen Divide – A Personal Passage from a Spousal Caregiver,” in which he sang about many of the honest feelings he has had while caring for his wife. Jacqueline vlietstra
Jacqueline Vlietstra wrote the guided meditations for The Storyline and wrote and recorded the therapeutic yoga practices included. She is a certified yoga therapist with over fifteen years of experience teaching yoga. Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to thrive, regardless of their unique circumstances or challenges. Jacqueline’s yoga therapy sessions meet online, which enables her to connect with clients near and far from her Minneapolis home base. She offers a distinctive blend of yoga, somatics, and nervous system-based practices to support her clients’ physical and mental well-being. Jacqueline has brought therapeutic yoga to hundreds of students in a variety of public and private settings, including eating disorder treatment and addiction recovery programs, college campuses, and yoga studios. She is certified as C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and as E-RYT (Experienced Yoga Instructor) and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider) with Yoga Alliance. She has served as a faculty mentor at Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute, where she obtained her 1000-hour yoga therapy certification in 2022.
